Welcome to VisionCare Rentals. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, located at visioncarerentals.com, and the medical equipment rental services we provide. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. By using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines, rules, or policies that we may communicate to you from time to time. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VisionCare Rentals.

Our platform is designed to help patients access professional-grade recovery equipment for post-surgical care, particularly for vitrectomy, retinal surgery, and macular hole repair recovery periods.
All medical equipment is provided for rental purposes only. VisionCare Rentals does not provide medical advice or treatment. All equipment use should be under the guidance of your healthcare provider.
While we strive to provide high-quality medical equipment, proper usage and safety are the responsibility of the user. Always follow your healthcare provider's instructions and the equipment manufacturer's guidelines.
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide Accurate Information
You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when renting equipment. This includes all personal information, medical documentation, and delivery details requested during the rental process.
Proper Equipment Care
You are responsible for the proper care and use of rented equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and our instructions. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
Timely Return
Equipment must be returned on the agreed-upon date in the same condition as received. Late returns may result in additional rental charges.
Equipment rental periods are determined at the time of booking and confirmed in your rental agreement. Extensions may be available upon request and approval.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and may work with insurance providers for covered rentals.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before scheduled delivery are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.
